What is it? is a simple warmer for students. In this activity students are shown a portion of an image and they need to guess what the object/image is. This activity is great for practicing modals of possibility and question forming.

Method: 1. Choose some pictures of objects that are familiar to your students.

2. Show a small proportion of the picture. Get the students to guess what the picture might be. 3. Get students to bring their own pictures.
